To service you (users and medical professionals/doctors), you will be required to submit some personal and other information at the time of registration (sign up) and/or during the period you will hold the account on our Website. Following is the list of information that would be collected:

Medical professionals/Doctors:

  5. Registrations Number (mandatory along with upload of file)
  6. Resume (mandatory along with upload of file)
  7. Specialty (mandatory)
  8. Year of Experience (mandatory)
  9. Biography of 250 characters (mandatory)
  10. Qualifications/Certifications (at least one is mandatory and additional are optional)
  11. Bank Account Details (mandatory)
    1. Bank Name
    2. Account Number
    3. IFS Code

Registration and password

The information collected at the time for registration and password generation varies depending on user type.

For users, only email address and mobile phone number is collected at the time of registration. Rest of the information can provided/updated in the "My Profile" section after logging into the Website/App. Password is autogenerated at the time of registration and can be updated in the "My Profile" section after logging into the Website/App. Security questions must be setup in the password section to provide additional security. Users can request update to their information by admins by sending an email to

For medical professionals/doctors, all information, including password and security questions, is collected at the time of registration. The account must be approved by the admin before it can be accessed. Only mobile phone number and bio are editable in the "My Profile" section after logging into the Website/App after account approval is done. Password and security questions can be updated in the "My Profile" section. New
qualifications/certifications can be added however. Rest of the information updates can only be done at admin level. Medical professionals/doctors, will need to send email to to request any other updates.

Email address provided at the time of registration is not editable at all. Username/Password recovery mechanism is in place to recover lost user names and forgotten passwords.

Using personal and other information

The information submitted on the Website/App is used for the purpose specified in this policy. We use the information for the following purposes.

  2. Improvement of our services
  3. Enable your use of the services on the Website/App
  4. Communication is done via email, SMS and push notifications

    2. Send billing and payment information

Financial transactions

Payments made on the Website/App are handled through payment gateway services provider, Razorpay. You can review the provider's privacy policy at The information shared with the payment services provider is only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via our Website/App, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds. Sensitive information pertaining to your payment details, such as credit card, debit card, netbanking, are not stored on our Website/App.

Payments made to medical professionals/doctors will be through NEFT transactions from HDFC Bank Ltd., to the bank details submitted on our Website/App at the time of registration or update subsequently.


Once payment is made on the Website/App, refunds are not applicable for any reason. All subscription plans sold on the Website/App are sold as­is without any guarantee. By making a purchase of any subscription plan, you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refunds policy.

You may however bring your grievance to our notice by sending a mail to, if any. If your case is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Data security and storage

Reasonable technical and organizational precautions are taken to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your information. All such information you provide is stored on our secure (password- and firewall-protected) servers.
